Throughout my career, I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed multi-million-dollar programs, and built frameworks that support people and performance. As a Senior Director at a public college foundation, I’ve overseen complex operations spanning fundraising, compliance, board governance, staff development, and student support. I’ve expanded scholarship programs fivefold, launched equity-centered initiatives, and responded to crisis events (pandemic, fires, remote only work) with speed and clarity.

My experience also includes managing frontline operations, building and running a small business, and providing administrative, financial, and organizational support across a range of industries. I understand how to adapt to different environments, whether stepping into a new system, guiding a project to completion, or providing interim leadership. My work is anchored in a deep commitment to authenticity, efficiency and excellence.

I am in my final stretch of my MBA, and I already hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. I serve as a treasurer, board officer, and community volunteer, and bring a collaborative mindset to every client engagement.
